A game on more than one platform is counted once in the total and once per platform. Month counts include only releases dated to a specific day or month; IGDB stores quarter-only and year-only dates as end-of-period placeholders, and counting those would inflate December and the quarter-end months. "Most anticipated" ranks by the highest of a title's IGDB hype, follow, want-to-play, and rating counts, with re-releases labeled as such. 142 titles have a confirmed day or month; 24 are dated only to a quarter or year window.
